Exams got the best of me last week and I missed too many P90X days to even call this week 2. I am starting week 1 over again in January. I’ll still be doing P90X throughout December, though (just not on the strict schedule of 6 days per week).
I started P90X last week. I’m going to try and post a quick update on how things went each week. (FYI: there are plenty of good P90X blogs out there and this isn’t going to be one of them.)
Consistency: B // I did skip Thursday, but I put that workout on Saturday (my designated rest day), so all in all I had 6 workouts and 3 Ab Ripper X sessions.
Bringin’ It?: C // I spent some time learning the moves, so the intensity needs some work still. Next week?
This is still a work in progress, you could say. It’ll be complete mid-December (once finals are out of the way).
